From Laizhou's own cooperage, crafted with hand-selected malt and a 72-hour fermentation. The casks undergo the STR process (Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred) to refine the spirit and enhance caramel sweetness. A touch of peated malt adds depth, bringing forth an intense character of smoky dried plum and wine-rich complexity.

Tasting Notes
A vibrant interplay of stewed apple and tangy preserved plum, layered with vanilla and creamy sweetness. Rich butter envelopes the palate with a lingering finish of caramel and soft smoke.
