Glen Scotia 10 Year Old Campbeltown Malts Festival 2021 Single Malt Scotch Whisky

It was distilled using unpeated barley, and initially aged in first-fill bourbon barrels before enjoying a five-month stay in first-fill Bordeaux wine barrels from the Medoc region. Following that, the whisky was married together in refill bourbon barrels, then bottled up at cask strength, resulting in an expression bursting with ripe fruit and jammy berry notes.

Nose Vanilla pod, spiced berry compote, a a little drizzle of salted caramel, subtle floral wafts developing later on.

Palate Bright orange oil zestiness, paired with chocolatey malt and a splash of strawberry.

Finish Hints of cardamom, cinnamon, toasted oak, and earthy vanilla stick around.
