Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry-seasoned casks impart enticing dark fruit flavours and mature wood character which entwine with hints of peat smoke, softening the journey from nose to palate.

DRIED FRUIT enters with TOFFEE APPLE, GINGER CAKE and layers of light PEAT SMOKE. Sweet WOOD SPICES. Notes of ANISEED and TREACLE entwine with PEAT and DARK OAK, leading to a warm SMOKY finish.
