Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan worked with Roca as well as Casa Cacao chocolatier Damien Allsop on this expression, which is made with whiskies aged in sherry-seasoned European oak casks and sherry-seasoned American oak casks. As you might expect, this brilliant single malt pairs wonderfully with chocolate.

Nose: Chocolate fondant, honey, oak, zesty lime and ginger.

Palate: Dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon.

Finish: Long with rich chocolate.
